Eileen Fisher
Founder, EILEEN FISHER, INC. & Eileen Fisher Foundation

Since founding her eponymous brand in 1984, Eileen has championed an original concept: a system of timeless shapes that simplify getting dressed. Her commitment to designing a more sustainable tomorrow began over 25 years ago when she established the company's first Social Consciousness role. Eileen founded the Eileen Fisher Foundation in 2005, supporting initiatives spanning design, women's leadership, and innovation. In 2009, she initiated a circular manufacturing model with the EILEEN FISHER Renew take-back program. Her accolades include the 2022 CNMI Sustainable Fashion Pioneer Award, Forbes 50 Over 50: Vision List (2021), and the 2019 CFDA Positive Change Award.

Rebecca Burgess
Founder & Director, Fibershed

Rebecca Burgess has two decades of experience working at the intersection of ecology, fiber systems and regional economic development. She is the author of the best-selling book Harvesting Color, a bioregional look into the natural dye traditions of North America, and Fibershed: Growing a Movement of Farmers, Fashion Activists, and Makers for a New Textile Economy released in 2019. She has taught at Westminster College, Harvard University and California College of the Arts. She serves on the leadership council of the Center for Regenerative Agriculture and Resilient Systems at Chico State University, as Board Secretary for Hukuuiko (a nonprofit serving the Coast Miwok Tribal Council) and on the board of the Carbon Cycle Institute.

Hannah Scharmer
PhD Candidate, Philosophy, The New School for Social Research

Hannah Scharmer is pursuing a PhD in philosophy at the New School for Social Research and is a Senior Editor at the Graduate Faculty Philosophy Journal. She is the principal author of the report, “The Future of Clothing: Regenerative by Design” commissioned by the Eileen Fisher Foundation.

Antoinette Klatzky
Vice President, Eileen Fisher Foundation

For over fifteen years, Antoinette has designed and facilitated transformative leadership initiatives at the intersection of social justice, environmental sustainability and women's empowerment. She is Vice President at the Eileen Fisher Foundation and hosts Women Together, the Foundation's ongoing community of practice. Antoinette has also convened global change networks including the GAIA Journey, which engaged 15,000 changemakers during COVID-19. She serves as Senior Faculty and Board Member of the Presencing Institute and sits on the boards of TIDES Network and the Westchester Community Foundation. Through dialogue, strategic inquiry and collaborative facilitation, she helps surface the insights and relationships needed to transform industry toward regenerative practices.

Amy Hall
Sustainability Strategic Advisor, Eileen Fisher Foundation

Amy has been a part of the EILEEN FISHER brand for over thirty years—during that time she founded and led the company's iconic Social Consciousness work. Today, she serves as the Sustainability Strategic Advisor for the Eileen Fisher Foundation. She also owns and operates a mission-driven independent bookstore, Hudson Valley Books for Humanity, in her hometown of Ossining, New York. Active in many local environmental and social justice initiatives, Amy currently serves on the Board of Gross National Happiness USA.
