Eileen Fisher Foundation I Hudson Valley Textile Project I JumpScale

Welcome and thank you for joining us today. Together we are exploring how to advance a regenerative, circular and equitable regional textile economy in our shared bioregion.

This report by the Eileen Fisher Foundation explores regenerative design as a whole-systems reorientation, recognizing that human practices, like design, can positively affect the natural and social world. Inspired by regenerative agriculture principles, the report breaks down four levels of regeneration: soil health, ecosystem biodiversity, systemic transformation and deep connection to place. Sign up for the Foundation’s email list and be the first to know when the report launches.

The Future of Clothing:
Regenerative by Design Report

April 13-17, the Eileen Fisher Foundation hosted an online summit exploring the possibilities of regenerative design. Each day, participants watched a curated collection of conversations with changemakers, including designers, activists, farmers, founders and journalists who are advancing solutions rooted in Indigenous wisdom and cultivating new paths forward. If you couldn’t make the summit or would like to revisit the conversations, you can purchase extended access to all 20+ recordings.

The mission of the Hudson Valley Textile Project, founded in 2017 as a 501c3 non-profit, is to strengthen the natural fiber industry by educating consumers about regionally-produced textile products and addressing supply chain gaps.
