Biography

Dana Davis is a distinguished authority in sustainable fashion with more than two decades of industry experience building transformative sustainability strategies. For over fifteen years, she played a pivotal role in shaping the globally recognized sustainability and circularity strategy at Mara Hoffman, helping position the brand as an industry model for responsible design and regenerative business practices. In 2024, Dana founded Dana Davis Consulting, a strategic advisory practice that supports fashion brands, innovators and investors in building and executing sustainability and commercialization strategies. Dana is the board co-chair of Custom Collaborative, founder of Women in Sustainable Business and co-founder of the NY Workforce Development Coalition.
